Healthy 10 min ready tomato soup with Noodles for all the people out in cold winter. Easy to make and with ingredients at home. I hope you enjoy your soup. Stay Healthy Stay fit!!!
1tsp Olive oil
2 tsp Black pepeer
1tsp Cumin (Jeera)
1tsp Mustard seed (Rai)
Salt according to taste
2tbps Tomato Ketchup
1 maggii packet (or noodles)
2 cup vegetable stock (or water)
Coriander for garnishing
1. Boil tomatoes and carrots and blanch them and blend them make the puree ready
2. Take a saucepan or pot and put it on flame and add oil to it and add cumin and mustard seeds and saute them until little noise comes.
3. Then add puree, vegetable stock and maggii in it and add salt and pepper and sugar and ketchup and stir.
4. Now bring to boil for 5mins until your maggi is ready.
5. Switch off the flame and serve it hot your tomato soup with maggii the twist.
You can garnish it with Coriander on top.
