Brocolli is vegetable with lots of protein and fibre and so specially vegeterians should have it daily.
This soup helps improve digestion and builts our immunity strong. I know not many of you like green veg soup but I will make it tasty for you along with all its health benefits.
2 cups water
Salt to your taste
1 tsp sugar
1tsp chilli flakes
2-3 Basil leaves
Parsley for garnishing
1. Wash the brocolli very well and keep to boil for 5 mins.
2. Then blend that brocolli with water and strain the soup
3. Now keep it on flame and add all other ingredients and stir it for 5mins
4. Now add little 1tsp brocolli smash which we removed while straining and stir.
Your soup is ready and garnish it with parsley.

In my soup recipes I try to use healthy ingredients but if you want you can add fresh cream to make it more tastier.
