1/2 milk (or soy milk)
1 tbsp honey
3-4 cubes of ice
In a juicer put 1 peeled banana Add strawberries , honey and milk. Blend it well.
Than take a glass add ice cubes and over it add fresh pieces of fruits and pour the shake over it.
Healthy and delicious shake is ready.
