1 cup carrots
1 cup brocoli
Spices – Salt, pepper, chili flakes & Oregano (according to taste)
First boil all the vegetables and then blend them. Then in a pan take little butter and pour the puree in it. Add salt, pepper and oregano flakes according to your taste. You can add chilli flakes if you like it spicy. Let it come to boil and serve hot with bread or soup stick. Healthy veg soup.
