CC Soup! Healthy & Easy & Simple!!

This Corn and Carrot soup which will give you Energy and is very Refreshing and Healthy!

1 cup diced Carrots
1 cup Sweet corn kernels
1 tsp Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Mix herbs (optional)
1 tsp Chilli flakes (optional)

First take a pressure cooker and add little water and add carrots and corn and let it cook until 3-4 whistles. Or you can cook it by open boiling for 10mins.

Then take a mixer add them and add glass of water and mix it. Then strain it in a pan.

Then add other ingredients and let it boil for another 1-2 mins. You can garnish it with parsely.
Serve hot
